First of all, overall this 5 part video did give me a great overview of Spring.

This would be a good summary of a in depth text tutorial detailing every step - I would not be able to duplicate the application you ran in this video with the information presented here.
Finally where is the source code - in the video you mentioned the source code would all be shared, but this you tub video does not have any links to the project source

The low resolution quality really ruins these videos. For anything that relies heavily on reading screenshots, please use at least 720p video.
