fuck you expalin why some people have insomnia even when they were 2 years old like me & it never ended/ none of these shitty sleeping tips ever worked, absolutely nothing did! whats worse is that even after staying awake all night i am still not tired during the day, in fact i feel the same way as if i would have if i slept
