Kim's Meal Plan (2009):

Breakfast:
1/2 cup cottage cheese = 113 cal
1 slice whole grain toast (with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter)
1 apple

Lunch:
6 inch Subway sub (on whole grain bread, with lean meat, *NO BACON*) = 350 calories

Dinner:
4 oz salmon = 180 calories (about the size of the palm of your hand)
1/2 cup brown rice
veggies (carrots)
