Hi, I've a question, 0:52, is that original/ compulsory? I noticed some practitioners skip that move and move into the headstand directly. So, which is the right one? Thank you. :)

Not everyone can move directly into a headstand. I have attempted to take away this mystique by putting in a preliminary move. I would like to see more people doing headstand if they are capable.

Hi Carol, I've been trying to do a headstand for awhile now and either I didn't have the core strength or the courage to get my feet up. Today I finally managed to balance for a few seconds with my knees bent. Having watched your video I think I have a better idea of how to go from bent knees to straight legs. Nicely done!
