This is a work sample of Tricklock Company's recent original work.
The first 2 minutes are from Catgut Strung Violin (Outstanding Original Work - Ottawa Fringe, Best Live Performance of 2009 - Weekly Alibi). Catgut premiered in May 2009 at Aux Dog Theatre in Albuquerque, NM, toured throughout Canada, and returned to ABQ for The Revolutions International Theatre Festival.
The last 3 minutes are clips from a new work in progress, Lullabies for My Father. Lullabies received a work demonstration weekend in June of 2010. The audience participated in a feedback session with the ensemble of Tricklock artists. The talk backs are an essential component to the progress of Lullabies. The show is slated for a 2nd workshop weekend in January of 2011, an eventual premiere at Rodey Theatre at the University of New Mexico (where Tricklock is Theatre Company in residence), and a subsequent tour.
Tricklock Company is dedicated to creating and touring original work.
