When she finishes singing, the camera fades back to a picture of the band, but you can see Linda smile......I love the curve of her mouth. God simply broke the mold with some of his creations. Again, what a honey!!!!!!

I remember I knew there was something special about this song and loved it since I was 9 years old. At that time I didn't really fully even understand it but knew it must be heart wrenching. As I listen to it years later boy do I understand it clearly. Seems like I had some kind of early premonition to my life. But besides that it is a masterpiece of a song!

@ensconse... In 1975 I lost my mother a tragic event . She was just 49 years old and she was executed by a merciless jerk who then tried to make it look as though she had just decided to leave. She was found two months later stuffed in a culvert. After her funeral I was with a friend and this song played on the radio. I wept. Since then it has lived in my heart. It always will.
