The model ACTIVE AEROSPACE is a high speed working center with fixed portal and mobile table solution characterized by a very compact and ergonomic line. The machine is equipped with a head to two continuous working axes. The planning with the aid of the system FEM has allowed to optimize the calculation to finished elements making the particularly rigid structures of this model with the total elimination of the vibrations in phase of milling. If to this are added the low attritions and the elevated accelerations of the axes, are gotten so all the characteristics that allow to get particularly bright dynamic performances is in finish, that in roughing, to advantage of the economy of the whole cycle of milling.

ACTIVE è un centro di fresatura ad alta velocità e portale fisso. Consente una velocità massima di avanzamento in rapido di 60 m/min (40 m/min su asse verticale). L'asse verticale è equipaggiato con vite a ricircolo di sfere di precisione, il movimento degli assi longitudinale e trasversale sono realizzati con motore lineare raffreddato ad acqua. Il montante, la mensola e lo slittone sono generosamente dimensionati e nervati. Le strutture sono naturalmente simmetriche garantendo quindi costanza di comportamento indipendentemente dalle variazioni di temperatura e dalle sollecitazioni generate in fase di lavorazione. Grazie alla carenatura completamente chiusa e dotata di sistemi di visualizzazione (oblò rotanti, videocamere, ecc.), l'operatore ha un'ottima visibilità dell'area di lavoro, conservando una protezione da trucioli e acqua.
