  • its about something called "sameness", and how it affects human behaviour. like the video shows, most humans will follow another group just because the majority is doing it, even though it is wrong.

  • @diimtarsh1 Excuse me, the term is called 'conformity'.

  • @diimtarsh1 It's about a little thing called 'conformism'. Because of the group pressure, you adjust your behavour to match the behaviour of the group that's in your presense.

    You can find solid information in the 'Organizational Behaviour' editions by Stephen Robbins.
