FFXII MCP - Part 5.a (Judges on Leviathan)

Ok, let's go for the part 5 that is divided into 2 sub parts (part 5.a and part 5.b)...

Judges on Leviathan is the first hard battle in the challenge, and when I say hard I really mean HARD!! Indeed, in my case I did that battle without any warp motes because I thought I can't kill Thextera to gain a new rank (clan). So I did that freaky battle without such motes...

But I was wrong... UltimeGoku (french MCP player) noticed that when Thextera uses Saber he gains HP devour (and never lose it after), then you just have to reduce 50% of his HP and wait him to hit you and take that much damages. If he dies because of HP devour he will NOT give you any CP nor LP.

So it's finally possible to get 2 warp motes for Leviathan and then have a MASSIVE help for Leviathan fights.


In this video you won't see warp motes, then it will be a bit long and that's why I had to edit two sub parts. The main strategy for this fight is to reflect magus spells to inflict poison on judges and/or firem thunder, ice. I also cut some moments in the figths that was not important : just waiting for the magus to use offensive spells.
