The Girl In The Front Is Good Because She Is Confident, Dance Especially hip-hop needs performers who are borderline cocky, They got have faith in themselves and their moves. If the other girls had as much faith in their moves and abilities they could be good dancers. But Some people just arent cut out for it. The girl in the middle(aka the person who posted the vid) has a passion for dance and it shows through her performance

i agree, the front girl isnt omg shes so good but she isnt horrible. Ive seen worse, but ive also seen better.
