In 2011, Russell Wilson transferred to the Wisconsin Badgers from NC State. He led them to a second consecutive Big Ten Title and Rose Bowl appearance. He broke Wisconsin record books (passing touchdowns - 31), was a Heisman candidate for much of the season, and may well be the most gifted QB in Wisconsin history. What's it like following the second youngest teams (in terms of player experience) after an 11-5 season and watching as a rookie quarterback and rookie defense smash through the most elite teams in the NFL? Late reply, and I agree with you. We can't blame Gabbert for all the problems with their offense. Blackmon has an off the field issue, and hopefully having Denard Robinson and Ace Sanders can help him out by giving him a couple speedy, although undersized, receivers to throw to. I think Gabbert was thrown into the starting role too early in his career and that has hurt his development in the NFL.
