The mighty Sick of it All's video for Step Down off their 1994 album "Scratch the Surface." SOIA placed some of the then popular Mosh maneuvers into the video with their names. It's 2011 moshing has evolved since 1994. Don't like it? Too bad.
Also note the mention of "emo style" which is WELL before "emo" was a common household term. "Emo" was short for Emotional Hardcore but has since lost it's meaning.

I love people who get upset at moshing or dancing or whatever the hell you call it today at Hardcore Punk or Metal shows. People on here claiming some imagined "back in the day it was..." blah blah blah. You weren't there... you don't know. It's been around since the late 70's and has evolved over the last 30 years. Don't like it? Stand in the back. Think it's stupid? Really ALL dancing is stupid to me... but it's just preference really. Get over yourselves. No one cares.

you can find it on youtube, but you can't download it anywhere else (atleast i've tried but couldnt find anything) so just type in 'Youtube to mp3' in google and convert it that way!
