This is wonderful! Much better than what I heard from 2 pretty girls playing elsewhere on youtube (a Filipina and a Korean I think). They completely missed the point of this piece. It should be deeply felt. Chopin based it on the opening of Act 2 of Norma, his favourite opera, written by his good friend Bellini, who had died two years earlier, aged 34. Perhaps he is morning his death?
