@noraanesnah Little late of a reply, but fencing technically refers to any style of swordsmanshp and not just the modern sport. As for what's shown, I don't know much about Taiji, but I assume it's the sword variation of 'pushing hands', where you use the pressure your opponent places on your sword to interpret his incoming attack... Or something like that.
