The owner Mr. Mrs.
Called us for an estimate on a rubber roof over there existing mobile home. They were checking out my youtube video and seen where I installed epdm rubber roofing on a mobile home. they were thinking WOW that is exactly what we need. So they called us up 910-845-2207 .
We gladly took look. What we found is thatthere had ben many coats of kool seal. We priced a complete roof over using plywood and insulation board. Then EPDM over that to completely seal it in.

if you tried to do that kind of roof here in washington, the inspector would have a shit attack! you could'nt even get a permit to do it. let alone get people to spend the kind of money it takes to get done. you must be cheap! all you would hear is too much weight for the jacks. they even complain about using steel over the steel.

Hi there, I have same type mobile home and I want to put a new roof on it. What size thickness OSB did you use? 1/4"? My roof has that curved arch roof.
