A380 - My first flight with it

My first flight with the new A380, 5 December 2007, regular and only A380 service between Sydney & Singapore. The plane is #3 of Airbus' production line (MSN003)and the first one flying commercially in the world for none other than Singapore Airlines. Most noticable improvements: 1. Space!! The seats are overall much wider, more comfortable and much better designed throughout all classes; 2. Noise: It is half as noisy as a 747 and you can really get a good night's sleep; turbulence you hardly notice, as the sheer size of it absorbs most of it - very flexible wings I noticed. 3. Air: I understand they pump in fresh oxigen every so many hours and it provides all cabins with much fresher air, reducing overall fatique, dryness and other nuisance. 4. In-flight entertainment: The new KrisWorld system is state-of-the-art on screen, on-demand movies, music etc., in C-Class you have an awesome wide screen LCD and can even plug in USB sticks and work on built-in Windows Office software! And finally the legendary service of Singapore Airlines has remained the best in the world. Food, beverages, attention and service are tip top, thanks SIA! You remain my favourite Airline for many years to come! FYI: The A380 just commenced services to & from London with more planes in service now. A truly great way to fly!
