Hey aionguy plz help me on this.

I just bought the game Aion for pc and i installed it and made an account and put in 30 days of play time. Now when i try to play the game and typ in my id and password and press enter the screen freezes and after 30 secs the game just shuts down, i don't know what to do plz help me i wanna play this game but i can't log in ? plz repley
