From the film documentary: "The Union: The Business Behind Getting High"

I found this scene to be very moving and inspirational, as well as informative. It gives a good perspective on how the "Drug War" in the United States is not just a crime, but not a victimless crime either.

Greg Cooper is a medical marijuana patient with Multiple Sclerosis and Ataxia who shows that marijuana has very obvious medical uses. For those of you that don't know, Multiple Sclerosis is an autoimmune disease that causes the bodies immune systems to attack the patients central nervous system (including the brain, and the spine), causing tons of major and painful symptoms, among shown here are severe pain, twitching, and muscle spasms. This is a broad definition and you can learn more about it by following the links below.

Show this to your friends, and encourage them to buy the full length film.

I take no credit for any of this, all I did was cut this out and put it in between some text, lol.

Another MS patient named Tim Timmons can be found here on YouTube, and he spreads the word that needs to be spread. Awareness is power, and my heart goes out to this man for his courageous acts to defend the freedom of himself and his fellow Americans. A means to end suffering should NEVER be criminalized.

  • And our government wants to throw this man in prison, throw away the key. & charge our tax payers more than it would cost them to send their child to college to keep this stranger, (innocent victim of the federal terrorist like government), in prison for years. makes me fucking sick to my stomach, and the main reason I'm voting Ron Paul for 2012.

  • @VagabondFirefly

    thats awesome.

  • when you see testimonies like this, It makes me wonder how the government can say that there is no medical value to marijuana when it seems to help so many people. This includes schizophrnia, you know that disease that everyone says weed causes but has yet to show anything more than a theory there are countless tesimonies of marijuna actually helping their symptoms.

  • this almost makes me want to cry. the fact that such a beautiful plant that harms no one and helps so many is still illegal and bastardized in todays society.

  • He's my cousin. His courage, spirit, tenacity, and determination to keep going makes me more proud than I can say. Love ya, Cuz.

  • @RandDsEpicFilms I tell him all the time but the next day he doesnt remember me..its part of his illness little things that happen in the day dont stick around..

  • @bwoodbhood yes he is definatly an inspirational man to talk to

  • @xxpaintballerxx0 You're so lucky. I'd loooove to sit down and talk with this guy.

  • @TheBoxingCannabyte Yes i understand how that would be nice but he doesnt need my help for that. he has many loving friends family and doctors, i assume. Also his grade of marijuana is most likely a lot more potent than what i can find.
