@SMGGUITAR want me to keep going? and 117 is pretty damn slow, My first car was a 2001 cougar, i upgraded the cams, threw in a superchip, a CAI with an aftermarket air pressure chip. and that car did 157 and the rpms were at 7 so no cut out like your stock cars have. I suggest you keep your mouth shut and watch who you talk to that way

Build engines, you know what I have? 89 camaro with a 81 350 rebuilt with vortec heads and block, thrush racing headers and a AMS twin turbo kit, rebuilt 86 trans am with a 79 350 bored over engine. 71 nova swapped out with a 327 corvette engine built for drag, 89 toyota supra completely rebuilt right down to the block with ct26 type 2 turbo, my friend who works with me has a 92 civic hb with a b-swap and an AMS turbo kit, a 2001 celica with a 2zz engine swap

got a familiar race story but, i got a 91 sonoma, stock 4.3, had a guy pull up in a civic, he had a 2.2 turbo i believe. decided we'd take 2 lights. rainy day and slick roads suck but neutral dropped it burned a little and still had him by 4 car lengths... now my ? did you miss a couple shifts? or just high rev it? im just curious. lol
