The Glenn Hughes was not the lead singer of Deep Purple, because it would not have to raise the tone
songs, and he could not reach the bass Ian Gillan, Coverdale has a great
serious and medium, but weak treble, and his tone turned pro blues drew the attention of
Ritchie Blackmore, in fact, Glenn Hughes and David Coverdale together, give the vocal range
Ian Gillan, all are great singers, the great Glenn has its highs and its Coverdale
excellent bass, it is foolish to compare.

Love 'em. Hey if you want to see a trip check out Captain Beyond. Best 70's group ever. Out of San Francisco built from the Purple lead vocalist that sang the HUSH album. Highly recommend the 2 albums they cut before blowing up. They went to CD.
