  • I bought this the day before yesterday and it left my wavy hair bone straight. It was soft but I wasn't happy. I took it back. The ends looked burnt. Was wondering if you had that problem. I wasn't sure if it was normal

  • @sandra666 Howdy Sandra, no I didn't have that same thing happen. I actually liked the product while I was using it. Glad you could take it back - not a complete loss : )

  • Do you know if they used 1,4 dioxane in this product? it won't say it in the ingredients but you said you did research just wondering.

    Thank you

  • @IampureSol I honestly have no clue. You might be able to Google it to find out : )

  • @ammaretto they do not have it. I checked at one in ottawa the other day and the woman said they do not have it. and sally's website wont ship it to canada either!

  • @julialovesyou2fyi most of them smell good and I believe yoy pay $5 for the sally's card but its a great deal because you get discounts everytime you shop

  • Does it smell good? Do they make styling products? Is the sally's rewards card free to sign up?

  • I have been looking for good natural product for cheap. I recently bought one 'n only shampoo and conditioner and my scalp is getting very dry and itchy NOT COOL! So thank you so very much for this product review I found it very helpful.

  • @sandra666 LOL, it's possible because once a month is a HUGE stretch. I can only go about every 2-3 days. I usually was my hair Sunday, Tuesday & Friday and with how long my hair is, it works for me. I don't use Hair One anymore not for any particular reason except I just stopped buying it. I've noticed that since I started washing my hair 3 times a week, my hair is much more healthier (and I color my hair and use a flat iron). When I do wash it, I heavily condition the ends. It works for me : )

  • @motherwifebitch I have a friend who is always yelling at me, cause I was my hair often. She washes her hair only twice a week. She has majorly oily hair. It is noticable. I am sorry to say it looks dirty on her. I had a neighbor who used to was her hair once a month. Her hair always looked good. I wonder if she was joking. My son saids, she was probably wearing a wig.

  • @deannario Thanks for the reply. While I was at the store, another customer told me the same thing happened to her. She said it was probably shock. (I got the one that was dry hair with Argon oil) She told me to give one more try. I took her advice and I tried it one more time. It seems to working now. My hair does feel soft and the ends aren't feeling burnt anymore. I have noticed that my hair color seems brighter. I shall keep you posted if it gets better or worst. :)
