@jumb0mumb0 Did you even watch the same video I did? In the video you are commenting on, the cop says there IS a plate on the front, but not on the back. Most likely an accident or someone stole it. Plus.... Could you possibly imagine a person not wanting to make any swift movements while being pulled over? THAT type of thing is LIKELY to get you tazed or shot, while being cautious is not, so moving a bit slowly appears to bein everyones best interest here. Do any cops disagree?
