Whenever I become really stressed at work I simply walk over to the nearest bookstore (Barnes and Noble) and I notice that my body relaxes a whole lot. I do not know if the sight of books or the smell of them is what helps melt all the unwelcome tension, but it happens. Then when there are tests/exams coming up, I find yoga a helpful way in taking my mind off from them. Oh! And there's also hot chocolate!

For the last while I've been dealing with my stress with large quantities of weed :P
Getting some kava kava soon though, which is a much better way of handling stress since it doesn't impair any cognitive functions. Once exams are over I'm gonna start doing meditation more often so that I can avoid relying on drugs for stress relief. That'd be nice :P

Hmm...lately I am absolutely stuck in the washing machine. I think I'm not being hard enough on myself, just have to try harder to find time and space to do yoga... to have quiet alone time... I guess in the end that might mean hating all day everyday so that I can make some funds up for childcare and maybe a vehicle to get me out of the city... hmmm or I'll suffer...ya, probably that

Hi Tara, I love when you do these types of videos as well as the yoga videos! I find that doing one of your yoga videos helps with stress for me. Also getting outside for a walk in nature is also great (not always warm in winter). I think the walking helps because once again - I'm breathing as I should be and not tensing as a result of holding my breath.
