That's a brazilian-style steakhouse. Originally from the south of Brazil, it's now fairly common throughout the country and it's starting to become quite famous in the US and everywhere else... Certainly one helluva place for meat lovers!

This is THE best restaurant. First you get salad and sides, then comes the meat. You flip your disk GREEN SIDE UP and the waiters start coming. It seemed like it was about 30 cuts/recipes/types of meats. Everything you can possibly imagine nonstop. You grab your tongs and take the piece off the skewer that he cuts for you. When you're done, you flip the disk to RED and then you get your choice of several delicious GREAT desserts.
ALL for one price.
LOVE IT !!!

If I don't eat pork they won't cut the Beef off with the same knife they used to cut the Pork off will they?

I dont believe so
There are different waiters bringing different meats
just make sure you only eat from the tray of the waiters that bring the beef
HOWEVER, you might want to call them first to make sure the utensils are washed before used on the next meat served.
