Ladies, if you dehydrate Apples... you have to look for the JAZZ apple. Originated out of New Zealand, but is now grown in Washington state at certian times of the year.
The is the best apple! The flavor is out of this world. It's super crisp, and I notice it does not seem to turn brown after I've peeled/cored/sliced! It's nice round shape makes great for the apple peeler/corer.
They turn out great from the dehydrator. Best tasting snack!
