This is the second of four dives around San Salvador in the Bahamas. This site has a very nice swim-through leading out to the wall which drops down to about 200 ft before leveling off. In the sandy shallows at this site there is an underwater monument commemorating Christopher Columbus' first landfall in the New World in October 1492 which some believe was on the island of San Salvador.
