So comes the end of Week Four and Phase One of P90X. It's been an awesome ride so far.
Week Four was mostly cardiovascular work throughout the week. It's all about core strength, balance, and flexibility. I have noticed that my balance has improved slightly. Hopefully in Phase Two I'll see more improvements.
Yoga X and Core Synergistics are my biggest challenges. But I had a breakthrough... I can successfully do Downward Dog and hold it for more that 10 seconds!
Phase 1 Complete. Down about 25 pounds
Starting Phase 2 with P90x Doubles
Nutrition = Raw Diet (no meats, no cooked foods)
Welcome to Phase 2. It feels good right? lol. Good job with the 25 lbs! You are doing really good. You will have amazing results by the time you hit Day 90 :)

Good job on getting to day 30, that's a big ass accomplishment, be very proud. When do u think u'll have ur pics up, I would love to see ur progress, 25 lbs in 4 wks, damn that's good Are u on cloud 9 yet?

Thanks Shanell. I guess it hasn't sunk in yet but I'm feeling good. Working on posting a few images now.
