Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is one of three AGs who cross-examined the GOP Presidential candidates on the Huckabee forum. But he's not entirely happy with what he heard, and explains why.

@whoo689 If the Federal government says you must only buy SONY televisions and not LG, would that be constitutional for you? What about you must buy Dodge instead of Toyota? Simple Yes or No would suffice, but feel free to explain yourself.

Ken Cuccinelli? really? That partisan jackass who wasted time and taxpayer money as AG of Virginia trying to repeal the ENTIRE healthcare law because of ONE small, not-really-that-big-a-deal provision (individual mandate)? I guess he forgot about the SUBSIDIES and help inside the law for those who can't quite afford insurance. -_-

He DID answer the global warming question KEN! He said that he testified AGAINST cap and trade the same day that TheAlGore testified FOR it. Basically saying, go read the testimony. In fact the testimony is on YOUTUBE.
