My question is if your an ordained minister but not part of organized religion, in otherwords not withan actual church but do have a group that gets together outdoors to study the word. can I still as an ordained Pastor Ordain another person? and what steps do i take to ensure that by My ministries name that person is legally ordained to perform duties as a minister? thanks in advance

@pokerrob20 Unfortunately we must follow the laws of this country. Typically in order to ordain someone, the ordaining process must come from a ministry or church that has a clear outline as to what is required to be ordained. You can go online and become legally ordained as a minister in about an hour. Another person can go to that same site and be ordained a Wican Priest two minutes after your are ordained. Now our school does not ordain someone but provides the requirements needed by CLM

@MegzWassup1215 This logically would preclude women from serving as pastors to men. This does not make women less important, by any means, but rather gives them a ministry focus more in agreement with God's plan and His gifting of them.

@Women are to take a less authoritative role. Women are encouraged to teach other women (Titus 2:3-5). The Bible also does not restrict women from teaching children. The only activity women are restricted from is teaching or having spiritual authority over men.

This is not because men are necessarily better teachers, or because women are inferior or less intelligent (which is not the case). It is simply the way God designed the church to function. Men are to set the example in spiritual leadership—in their lives and through their words.
