Try a small piece of gorgonzola on a brick of milk chocolate! It's good! A bit salty tho, but all the other flavors just glide over each other.

I have to make something like this one day. It sounds simply delicious I hope there is sugar in the ganache. Chocolate and coffee without sugar are extremely bitter.
