Mannao muhi chotaa naa khaai

Guru Mahraz Ji explains Muh chotaa naa khaai. We say have you hurt yourself? As we can see your pain through your facial expressions. This shabad meaning does not mean when you fall and you hit your face to the floor.

Muhi chotaa means when you are in pain or concerned your emotions are expressed on your face. When you are happy or sad someone can easily point this out through your expressions on your face.

Mahraz ji says that when you believe and have full faith you will not have and concerns/ pain or expressions of concern on your face. No one can hurt you when you truly believe in God. Nothing can touch you as God will definitely bless you.

If your faith in god is uncertain then you will give yourself concern and suffering. A person gives themselves trouble and worries. No one else does this but you. You are responsible to make yourself happy and you are responsible to make yourself sad.

If you know how to strengthen and hold your faith, then your whole life you will stay focussed in faith. Everything is accomplished.
Then Guru Mahraz Ji says mannai jam kau saath naa jai meaning that the people that believe in god when they die Jam (death servants) do not come to get them. Do you understanding the meaning of Jam? Everyone will say Jamraj or Deaths Servants. Guru Nanak Dev Ji says that those who have believed get forgiven from deaths servants. Because those who have believed have made a connection with God therefore Gods Farishta (sewaks) will come and get them instead. Deaths servants will not come and get them. They will only come and get those who do not listen about God, who do not believe in God. Only those people are chosen and taken by death servants.
Those who listen about God, believe in God, Sit in the Congregation of Men of God, Gurus, Pirs, Fakeers and remember and meditate Naam Shabad no Deaths servants will come and get you.

Jamm also means Jamma (birth). Do you understand the meaning of Jamma? It means to be born. And Guru Mahraz Ji takes us out of the cycle of life (churasi).

Kabir Mahraz Ji explains we have come to this world many times. When i have be born into this world i came so many times as a mother, father, son, daughter, sister, brother etc.... now please bless me and take me out of this birth cycle. Nor will I be born again and nor will deaths servants come and get me.

Jamm does not come and get the people who will go to Satlok. Deaths servants will come and get people who will go to hell. And we are all now living and tasting Hell. When we die we will go to hell too. If you look at yourself we can say that that we have witnessed hell, as its like we already live in Hell. We have all just made a relationship with Hell.

Kabir Ji says ab kee baar baksh bande kho bhor na pav jal phira. God please forgive me and lead me to salvation. Please have mercy on me. Please have such pity and mercy on me that please take me out of this birth cycle. Please take me to your house all in this one life time and please give me a small place at your feet, and your Param Dham.

How will he give this?

Aisa Naam Niranjan Hoi Naam is such a thing that is far away from any dirt. Naam is such a pure blessed power that it is far away from any darkness.

We are all covered in filth, our hearts are dark, our bodies are dark, our souls are dark, everything of ours is dark. We are full of sins.
God I have come from so far, from such a long way through many births please give me your shelter and a place at your divine feet.
