What a clown! If you live in Texas you better learn about this massive project. It is my personal opinion that it should not take place mainly because it does not serve the people as TXDOT claims it does. This highway is being built at your expense to profit the Multinational corporations that need to use such a road, it will cost billions upon billions to build and many billions more to maintain, and for what, we can reach all these areas now with the roads as they are, why build it, why?
