no the packs free...all zt2 downloads expansions etc that are fan made are free and the pack is called Jurassic Park Pack.

The one with the black background is the one your looking for, then just read what you need to do

he got the heli from "Zoo tycoon 2 Operation Genesis" you can get it from "Zoo tycoon Volcano"
