He doesn't want the roads to protect his investment primarily so only his guests who pay him $1,000's per week can enjoy it. Just down the river from this guy is Silver Hilton. Steve Meyers pays tens of thousands to lawyers each year so only he and his guests can access it by helicopter at a cost of $8,000 US per week. TRUTH!
