Really enjoyed your tribute. Have loved The Monkees since I was a child. I've been obsessed this last couple weeks reliving those childhood memories. Loved the pictures. Thanks for sharing your video.

@harrymannjr10001 And unlike all of them, Davy had a chain of hits that are still on the radio. Time still has to tell for Bieber.
This was, of course, used in the episode where the guys stuck it to Bobby Sherman, who himself had several top 40 hits before there was a Simon Cowell to stop him.

When I think of this song, I think of my older sister in her go-go boots dancing to this. And like most girls, Davy was her favorite.
-
@aylward48 It's actually the first Monkee hit that had Davy on the lead vocals.
-
this was davy's first lead vocal on a single.

Neil Diamond wrote I'm a Believer, a Little Bit me, A Little Bit You and Look Out Here Comes Tomorrow for the Monkees.
Diamond was a prolific songwriter from the mid 60's to the early 70s and has written some fantastic songs. He is worth checking out in his own right. Arguably one of the finest singer-songwriters of the 20th Century
