unbelievable climb between two avalanches

Ran into some of the Braapp boys while out west, this is one of them climbing between 2 slides that just happend the day before....he's NUTS!

We got the camera out after they had just set off 2 slides highmarking....This is the footage of him climbing right between both of them....Larger one on the right, smaller one on the left...Look closer you'll see them

Wouldn't this technically be safer AFTER the avalanches? If he went up before they happened then there is a chance he could've been in them. Knowing they just happened kind of lowers the danger
