  • Such a great video series! Thanks for sharing :)

  • @kyleandjessP Thanks for watching it! :)

  • Thank you for showing this video it was very informative.

  • @hartrose33 Glad you enjoyed it!

  • I have never heard of honey sticks before, neat! That black night gown looks so comfy!!

  • @JenNTim509 They even come in different flavors! Cinnamon is pretty good. It's just honey sealed in a plastic straw, you bite the top off and drink the honey. They're great for hospitals too if they have food restrictions you can discretely suck one down - not that I advocate breaking rules or anything. ;) You can also find them at farmer's markets which would have the added bonus of being local honey. Milk Nursingwear makes some awesome nursing clothing! Hard to find good quality and style.

  • @oochygoochygoo yeah, iron supplements can be a real b*tch to the digestive track. I've been taking Ferrous Gluconate [as opposed to Ferrous Sulfate that most supplements are] along with Vitamin C, and it's been working well. since watching the video i've been rummaging around the internet to read up on it. sounds really great, with loads of benefits. and i'm sure my hematologist will give me the go ahead [he's very accepting of natural remedies/cures]. thanks so much for mentioning it.

  • @StoliDassah I've read about women with fibroids/heavy menstruation who have been able to really improve their energy and hemoglobin levels - still supplementing with iron and eating lots of protein, but with the added chlorophyll it seems to make an enormous difference. There is a lot of anecdotal stuff out there if you look around for it, I figure it won't hurt anything in my situation. Another bonus is that it has a laxative effect as opposed to what iron supplements tend to do you...

  • love honey sticks :) never even heard of Liquid Chlorophyll...i suffer pretty badly from anemia, due to excessively heavy and extremely long periods [hopefully, now that i've had an IUD placed, things should get considerably better]...will definitely mention it to my hematologist and look into finding some to give me a boost.
