It's quite lovely. Very sad, somber, but it so desperately needs that ending flourish, just as a sort of last hurrah. That's what the song makes us all think of, right? If it had those famous last 5 notes just sort of fleetingly coming out at the very end, it'd be perfect.

@NeptuneMS385 The pyro airblasts all the dirt off of the soldier's gravestone in show of respect, the spy throws away his cigarette and leaves a rose at the soldier's grave. The sniper takes off his hat and pushes it against his heart "Goodbye, mate." And in the end, the engineer lowers his coffin to the ground, lowering his head. The team makes a vow to return every year, to pay tribute to the soldier, saying he never will leave their heart.
