Lagrima

Lagrima means "teardrop". Legend has it that Tarrega wrote this piece while feeling sad while touring in London. He had trouble with the language, the weather and was feeling homesick so people advised him to capture that moment's sadness in his music.

It took me a while to play this piece fluently and it still far from perfect if you ask me, but I have to agree, it is one thing to play this piece fluently and another altogether to play it musically pleasing. If I listen to my own playing it almost sounds boring :-)
