Montage - Skate NYC 9-18-11

This video footage was taken from my HTC Thunderbolt, on a NYC skate adventure, 9/18/2011. I just picked up a Santa Cruz Christian Hosoi collage reisue complete from Old Skull Skateboards (must check them out), and it is with out a doubt one of the best purchases I've ever made. Not only does it take me right back to the first board I ever had, it's perfect in every way, easy to skate, fast and smooth. I rode the 'Hosoi' all over the city, starting at my place on W96/CPW, through Central Park, down along 5th ave, over to 8th ave, through a street fair, through on-coming traffic for all of mid-town with a pack of longboarders, then eventually back over to the west side, down through Tribeca, Battery Park city, then a quick downtown loop to eventually wrap up on Chambers Street in Tribeca near one of the buildings I work at. It was an amazing ride, oh, and I witnessed an apartment building going up in flames as well; what a day!
