I'm not a contortionist but I play one in my mind...

I've never seen myself do any of this stuff except in a mirror. I figure it's a good idea to have it documented for future reference. Hopefully, so I can see how much progress I've made ... and not the opposite.

My back needs a lot of work (or a miracle.) But the standing pike (or whatever it's called) was kind of a surprise to me. I didn't realize I could do that.

I will happily take any advice I can get, as long as it's made in the spirit of kindness and with the awareness that I just (literally) turned 30 and do not stretch for hours and hours or even every day.

  • Well, probably if I did my left split on the ground. I've never tried.
