In October 2009, KETC visited Cuba, MO, a town southwest of St. Louis with a population of around 3,200. The goal of the trip was to learn about the towns economic development strategies and how its residents were handling the recession. What could have been a report on a struggling community turned out to be a morning of uplifting stories. So what can we learn from Cuba, MO?
