This is a short series of powerful exercises that can be done using a dynaband/resistance band to effectively work all of the major muscle groups.

The work of leadership is stressful and demanding and having the energy to support these demands requires being fit and healthy. Additionally, companies spend time and money to select and develop senior leaders and have a right to expect their key people to be in the best possible health. Having an unhealthy leader can also create instability and uncertainty within an organization. This workout and the others posted by the Center for Creative Leadership can be easily integrated into a busy schedule.

  • @FlexHotelExpect Well if you get a super heavy resistance, such as I have a band that is 30-67 pounds of resistance, you can definitely build muscle with that, however nothing beats free weights for building solid muscle.

  • Can resitance bands get you huge?
