  • i am having similar troubles: the over and down functionality is lost when i transfer it to dreamweaver and hit preview

  • It would seem lots of people are having issues, I think you guys need to reset you Fireworks to its default settings something got changed

  • Great video! Question, I create a drop down menu in fireworks, I preview it in fireworks and everything works fine. I export it to dreamweaver, I see the drop down menu in dreamweaver, the second I click anywhere in dreamweaver I lose the drop down menu-it goes away (I have to click underneath the drop down menu to get it back) however everytime I click somewhere else the drop down menu goes away and then when I go to preview (in dreamweaver) my drop down menu isn't there anymore.

  • @360creations My navbar isn't doing the over and down states either.

  • OMG you make it look so easy lol. I have a ton of questions. But for now I'm just going to ask one. On the page you did the tutorial on, how did you make that black box the one that is centered and faded the the white text on it? Did you make it in dreamweaver?

  • Nice background

  • I made the navbar... I have exactly what i want, but when i try to insert it into my existing project in dreamweaver it throws off the entire page and doesnt even work... Is there any way you can help me? Can i send you the files or something to check for yourself?

  • Thankyou for a great vid! I have a questions tho but you might not be able to answer it..... I'm currently working on a website, i've created it using a template. I'm using the spry navigation bar and i was wondering if it is posible to keep the current page highlighted on the spy bar. For example, if i locate to my "contact me" page, i would like the spry menu bar to stay on a certain colour, and so forth.... is this posible? if so.. how? please reply.. once again, thanks for a great vid!

    Sam.

  • The reason why it wont work for you is you need to create a JS root folder ... go here, download the latest version of JavaScript, create a folder in your root called JS add the download script to a file and name the file jquey.js then it will work for you all

    Download link is at jquery . c o m

    Good tutorial video BTW .....
