Thanks for the comments freedomfighter but I probably know a little more about this then you do. Car is already operating 100% on this cell without fuel.

part 1: Ps i also doubled my fuel mileage with a half ass constructed cell, my outer was aluminum so it failed eventually, i can also show you how to increase your fuel mileage with one wire. Hope you vehicle is pre 83 with no oxygen censer? And this is not orgone energy,

Part 2: this is an ion/plasma energy created by draining or removing electrons from the water molecules, this is why battery's gain in voltage, it is important to always put negative on first and off last if it needs to come off, leave the negative on always when possible, even on bench.

You also need to change that tee from copper to aluminum, copper is slightly magnetic and can affect the ion flow, to test what i say hang a magnet on a string along side of a copper tube, you will see a slight attraction.

If you need any help let me know, be sure your intake is away from electrical lines as it the water is now positively charged (lacking electrons) and the electrical lines can affect the flow.
