how can people neglect an oil change? it costs me $12 + tax and about 10 minutes in my driveway. I don't even have to jack up my subaru to do it.

bro..did they change it with blood of the employees or something? anything to make a buck. i had the same thing happen to my girlfriends car..turns out that they just cleaned around the filling area to make it look like a change was done. when i got my hands on the car, i discovered the corruption of walmart. a friend of mine that used to work there told me that its normal practice there, and its actually encouraged by management...wtf?

@64Albere well you don't want to take forever, but you want to get it done right.. it takes time for all of the oil to get out of the pan.. so..IDK

@redyoshi1985 Good for you ; I liked your way of thinking. What you have said also applies to ANY business that provides / sells / repairs a good or a service. I remember when my mom got her first VCR; salesman from Montgomery Wards cam over to install it at no charge and didn,t leave until we was connected and running. Wow !! I sure miss that.. What Do You Think ?
