first off, this is not me. notice the description. second of all, if you pay close attention the guy almost passed out when he got up. and the reason it wasnt done in 9 seconds was because of the other guy in the background throwing the ball at my friends head which distracted him. and he is an expert, if you want, he'll choke you out and see how long u'll last

His feet are crossed. His other arm isnt protected behind the head. The elbow is not in line with the chin. His head isnt protecting his arm. Theres space around the coartid arteries. Im curious as to how you proclaim yourself an expert.

@Penningford actually there are many different ways of locking in a RNC, his however, is not the most practical one.

@charomid hm. well hes not grabbing his other hand for some reason and looks like he's doing the choke with one arm. that's not proper technique, he's using muscle to finish it. Also it takes him quite a bit of time to finish. i doubt he's an expert. lol@studying the art of mma for 13 years. right hahaha so he was like 4 when he started then?
