It would be better for the disabilities to have a larger capacity elevator take place of that for better access for them.

There is a larger and higher capacity elevator in front of this small one. I recorded it too. See the Old Dover Elevator at Warlock Hall video. Open the "More from: escalatorgeek881" menu and you will find it.
