Misinformation abounds in this video: Actors need to be paid for their work? Like David Prouse, the guy who played the body of Darth Vader in the first Star Wars movies who has been told that the movies have STILL not turned a profit and thus he gets no residuals?

Misinformation abounds in this video: ICE has been taking down infringing web sites? Yeah, like dajaz1.com that they took down for over a year, held secret court sessions that even the lawyers for dajaz1.com weren't allowed to attend and finally, just gave back the site without filing a criminal complaint?

0:46 absolute lie, since when does bit-torrent let you just stream something as soon as you click on it and since when does it just do it "instantly"? So he didn't even need to take the time to install uTorrent, then go back and load the torrent, then connect to the swarm, then receive enough data that finally he could use the stream option and then on top of all this, he made sure to have VLC or all the codec packages installed so it could "play instantly"? B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T.

Funnier still is that they are making more money today than ever before.

More content than ever is being created. Box office profits have risen over 6 billion from 2006 to 2010. Films have tripled in the past 15 years.

Real facts, not the MPAA made up, inflated numbers. Feel free to read the article, and you will have no more sympathy for those who refuse to compete, and instead try to rely on suing their users, criminalizing their users, and litigating their business models.

Here is what I find funny.

They are using the disproven numbers as their "jobs impact".

Sadly, the true number is under 300,000 jobs.

It is also funny that he says "I can click on the link and instantly start watching", yet they do not seem to get that we want to be able to click a link and start watching. They want to criminalize us for watching the way we want to, instead of giving us what we want, convenient access, reasonable prices, etc.

LMAO. Let me go play you a song on the world's smallest violin, Hollywood. Go fuck yourselves. Until we see Brangelina begging on a street corner, you get no sympathy from me.

Thanks to SOPA and ACTA I am now boycotting the movie, music, and videogame industries.

Poor little Hollywood, let me find my tiny violin and play you a few songs.

Best part of this "Creative America" trash.. Youtube will be shut down if/when this passes. Yet they still uses it to promote this shit.

People wouldn't torrent it, watch it, and never see it again if the movie were actually good! Having a physical copy is more satisfying than a digital one for movies you want to watch again and again!
