Modest is Beautiful!

The title of this presentation is "Modest is Beautiful." I will be using this presentation for the young ladies who attend our Youth Conference, during my speaking session. I want these girls to realize that they are NOT sacrificing anything to dress in a way that pleases God. You CAN be modest AND beautiful at the same time, and I want us to have fun while we think about that thought... which is why I prepared this little "model presentation"! The verses and song are, of course, in Russian. I have never heard the song in English, but in Russian it is just beautiful and the message is right on target for what I want... "How Great You Are." God is great and worthy of everything... including our "rights" on dress! Enjoy!

(cont...) When we teach our young ladies, we encourage them to think this through... It is not true modesty when we dress one way at church and then another way, say... at the beach. We have to keep in mind WHO it is for, and then all other things fall into place. I hope this explanation helps!

Hi "dancerlol43"! I personally have made a commitment to the Lord to dress for Him at ALL times, so if I cannot do something modestly, I do not do it at all. My only exception to this is when I am by myself or with my husband.

I love this, the women are feminine and modest while still looking cute, not like little house on the prairie :) I think jeans are okay too as long as they aren't skin tight, I love to wear both.
